Ms. Rivas has over 13 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, having a multilingual and dual language background. She has worked with a variety of people, including LGBTQ+ and those with drug addiction problems. In 2019, Mrs. Rivas is serving Erie's patients. The clinic now offers telehealth Behavioral Health services. Mrs. Rivas is part of the Behavioral Health Perinatal Team working with pre and postpartum women. She specializes in trauma-informed healthcare and provides the EMDR therapy to adults. Also, she offers private and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, referral for specialty care as well as Women's support groups. Amanda helps find forever homes for animals in need through her role as volunteer with the Best Friends Animal Society Volunteer. She shares with the Best Friends motto, Save Them All and hopes to see Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city.
